Our co-founder Paul — a scientist, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete, and certified fitness trainer — originally developed this plant-based coffee with oat milk, plant protein, and MCT oil as his own go-to for clean, lasting energy. After sharing it with Nikolai post-training, the two knew they had something special — and decided to bring it to the world.
